Please read these Terms carefully before using OnlineJobsSriLanka. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using OnlineJobsSriLanka, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
OnlineJobsSriLanka is an online marketplace connecting Sri Lankan freelancers with clients locally and globally. We facilitate gig listings, job postings, secure payments via escrow, messaging, and review systems.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Each user may maintain only one account.
Deliver work as described. Communicate professionally. Complete orders within agreed timeframes. Do not misrepresent skills or qualifications. Comply with all applicable Sri Lankan laws.
Provide clear project requirements. Pay agreed amounts promptly. Communicate respectfully. Do not request illegal work. Only release escrow funds when genuinely satisfied.
All payments go through our secure escrow system. We charge 8-15% commission on completed orders. Buyers pay a 5% service fee. Payments accepted in LKR via PayHere and USD via Payoneer/Wise. Freelancers are responsible for their own taxes.
You may not post false content, harass users, spam, infringe intellectual property, process illegal payments, create fake reviews, circumvent fees, share credentials, use bots, or post adult/violent/illegal content.
You retain ownership of work you create. By posting content, you grant us license to display it. All platform content including logos and software is owned by OnlineJobsSriLanka.
We encourage direct resolution through our messaging system. Formal disputes can be opened through our resolution center. Our team reviews evidence from both parties and makes a final decision within 7 business days.
OnlineJobsSriLanka is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for work quality, user disputes, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or receive consistent negative reviews. Users may delete their account at any time from dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
